Every challenge, every opportunity missed, every win, and every celebration has led me to this page.

 

This snapshot of my journey, fueled by a deep desire to understand my mental health, to appreciate my body, to find my edge, and to accelerate my growth beyond my imagination, led me into a career foraging for and curating psychological safety in the modern corporate landscape.

 

I have been consulting on psychological safety in the workplace since the inception of the National Standard, working alongside exceptional thought leaders and experts across private and public sectors, domestically and internationally. I completed my psychology thesis on attention and emotion regulation and I am certified in over 10 wellness and leadership modalities, including meditation. Now I integrate neuroscience, mindfulness, and psychology informed practices to transform personal, professional, and organizational wellness.
